Nadia Mans-Kemp is an Associate Professor in the Department of Business Management at Stellenbosch University. Her research centers on various corporate sustainability considerations, notably board gender diversity, director pay and sustainable development. She has published in several esteemed journals and contributed to various books. Nadia serves on an internationalisation working group and institutional advisory committee on internationalisation to enhance teaching and research collaboration across countries and continents. She has guest lectured at several international universities. Nadia strongly believes that sound corporate governance plays a vital role to ensure sustainable value creation to the benefit of diverse stakeholders.
