OVERVIEW

I am a researcher in musculoskeletal health and multimorbidity with experience in clinical practice and teaching. After receiving my PhD (Physiotherapy) in 2019, I was appointed in a full-time research post in the Department of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences (DHRS) at Stellenbosch University. My current research includes a longitudinal study in the field of multimorbidity and functional consequences in a semi-rural South African setting, and I recently coordinated the revision of Research Methodology training for undergraduate rehabilitation students in the DHRS.
