Principle investigator, and research leader on Antimicrobial peptides. Specifically those produced by bacteria, named bacteriocins. Extensive collaborative work in various fields wiithin the biologicalsciences, including: Food sciences; Medical Biochemistry; Chemical Engineering; Microbiology; Plantpathology and Zoology/Plant sciences.
